• How do our power and/or influence and our stakeholders’ sense of the urgency of the change affect our success in leading change?  (In teams, we will play different Scenarios in the simulation to explore this and raise our Change Efficiency Ratio.)
• What leadership actions/change levers are the most effective, depending on the scenario?
• How can we accelerate adoption through shared decision making?

• With the entire cohort present, faculty, sponsors and mentors will lay hands on and pray for each Cohort Group.
