Anthony Carollo

Anthony Carollo is Chief Executive Officer of Vista Title and Escrow.  In addition to his career as a successful business leader, Anthony has served as Executive Director of GSAE for the last three years -- working passionately to transform Spokane in the name of Jesus by equipping and connecting church and ministry leaders.  Before that, he was President of Stewart Title for ten years.  Anthony has also been involved with the Spokane Home Builders Association and served on the Spokane County Planning Commission.  In addition to community-building through his work, he has volunteered as a counselor at UGM summer camps.  Home church: North Country Chapel, Post Falls.

Kaleb Fisher

Kaleb Fisher is passionate about what the Lord is doing in our city, in the Garland District and in City Church, where he serves as Lead Teaching Pastor.  Having worked with the church’s youth ministry, Ignite, Kaleb retired from a promising boxing career in order to purse ministry more intentionally.  He completed his work at the Spokane Ministry Institute in 2012, and served part-time first as the church’s Youth Pastor and then Young Adults’ Pastor before moving into his current position in 2014.

Dallas Low

Since, July 2013, Dallas Low has owned Golden Rule Brake, a business founded in 1954 by his grandfather and great uncle.   He is the 3rd generation in his family to run the business following his father's 33 year ownership. Golden Rule operates two highly successful stores in Spokane and one in Spokane Valley and is known for its quirky, inspiring billboard quotes.  Dallas also serves on the Board of Directors of GSAE, a non-profit organization whose mission is to transform Spokane in the name of Jesus by equipping and connecting church and ministry leaders.  Before acquiring Golden Rule Brake, Dallas founded and operated the ministry Torchbearer World Outreach. For 15 years he and his wife (songwriter and recording artist, Tanya Low) performed music, both original compositions and worship leading. Between 2009 and 2013 they traveled the U.S. with their children coaching churches in community outreach strategies. Dallas serves on the worship team at his home church, Northview Bible.

DON MORGAN

As Principal and Financial Advisor at Independent Wealth Connections, LLC, and Branch Manager since 2010, Don Morgan works with family owned businesses and affluent individuals to help them build, manage, protect and transfer wealth.  As a recognized local expert on financial matters, Don often appears on local TV stations or Spokane Talks Online. He and his wife, Violet, are actively involved in a their church as well as community organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, the Inland Northwest Lighthouse for the Blind and the Spokane Parks Foundation Cabinet.  Home church: Carmel of the Holy Trinity/ Immaculate Conception

KATHERINE MORGAN

Katherine Morgan currently serves as the Spokane-Boise market manager for the Bank of American Local Markets Organization.  In this role, she is responsible for community partnerships, sponsorships and philanthropy, as well as the development and execution of the marketing plan, designed to drive responsible growth, employee engagement and corporate reputation.  Prior to assuming this role, Katherine was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce from 2014 to early 2018.  Under her leadership, the Chamber’s membership grew from roughly 400 to over 750 as she engaged Chamber members in a collaborative community-wide strategic plan, known as “The BIG 5 for the Greater Spokane Valley.” In earlier roles, Katherine served as marketing director for various building industry organizations, including the Home Builders Associations of Spokane and Greater Kansas City and Greenstone Corporation, developer of Kendall Yards. She coordinated the Inland Northwest’s largest new construction home tour and the annual Premier Home Improvement Show, earning numerous awards.  Katherine received her bachelor’s and master’s in Business Administration from Gonzaga University, where she serves as Adjunct Faculty.  Among her many honors, in 2016 she was noted by Catalyst Magazine as “Top 20 Under 40”.  Katherine was raised in the Northwest by her loving parents with her brother, Don and sister, Frances.  In her spare time, she enjoys the arts, traveling, and participating in Ironman and local triathlons.  Home church: St. Dominic’s Chapel, Post Falls

Barbara Olson (Administrative Architect)

During her first career in the U.S. Army, Barbara Olson held command and staff positions and attained the rank of Major, finding time to earn her MBA from Golden Gate University.   Her experience includes non-profit management as the Executive Director of what is now Spokane Valley Partners as well as small business ownership.  She is currently the program manager for Northwest Connect's A Hand Up non-food pantry and the Northeast Food Pantry.  She also volunteers for Spokane Valley Partners and serves as a Stephen Minister and the volunteer worship coordinator at her church.  Barbara served on the board of directors of Community Health Association of Spokane (CHAS) when it first started.  She has also served on the local advisory board for Abuse Recovery Ministry and Services (ARMS) and as its Cheney Municipal Court courtroom advocate for domestic violence victims.  Home church, Spokane Valley Church of the Nazarene.

JAN Stuart (Lead Architect)

 Jan Stuart loves working with a team of passionate, talented people to accomplish something amazing in the LORD’s power.  With experience in financial services, manufacturing, health care and private consulting, Jan has held leadership roles at the division and corporate levels.  She has designed and facilitated programs for leaders, coached executives, facilitated team building for executive teams, and implemented executive development and succession planning.  Jan chaired the Board of Directors of Life Services of Spokane.  She has taught at women’s retreats in the US and France and is currently leading a team to implement women’s mentoring /connecting at her home church, Real Life Spokane.
