    Conversations for Growth and Accountability – Chet Roshetko

    • How can we encourage and use feedback and peer coaching?
    • How can we become more skilled at coaching “on the fly” – encouraging the right behaviors, recognizing initiative, and dealing with gaps in results when they occur, making the best use of “teachable moments” as Jesus did?

    AFTERNOON ROTATION WITH YOUR COHORT TEAM:

    • Debrief your Jungle Fire video with your team and Jan Stuart or Chet Roshetko. What are the connections between your behavior, decisions, teamwork, and results?
    • Startup Project Application with your Cohort Group and Mentor:  Where will you and your group members focus your application projects and consult with each other?  What is next following this Gathering?

    Assignments/Closing


    • With your cohort group, deep dive into a local organization that engages people well; prepare a report out on the keys.
    • Meet with your cohort group and mentor one evening for application and peer consulting.
    • Complete Coach Co-Achieving exercise individually.
    • If you registered for Optional 360 feedback, distribute it.
